Project brief planning
EPM help their clients to clearly define project scope, deliverables and expected benefits.
We unpick the project details to facilitate client understanding of the technical and financial viability of a major project before committing too much money or resources.
Navigating through the Early RIBA Stages 0–2 and employing the Green Book Business Case methodology is an established approach that ensures all client requirements are meticulously understood and evaluated. This process involves inputs from the client leaders and key stakeholders and a thorough testing of needs. The outcome is the development of a concise, well-defined brief coupled with a robust business case, allowing the client to make the right decision.
Our people are equipped and experienced in managing major high profile commercial and public sector capital projects ranging from £5m to £350m and guiding them through early RIBA stages, Green Book Business Case and governance gateway including the development of:
- Strategic Outline Case
- Outline Business Case
- Full Business Case.
We have excellent technical, commercial and contractual expertise as well as strong relationships with specialist partners so we can correctly populate every section of the business case. Thus, allowing clients to understand if a project is viable before having to commit significant cost and resource.
